Research   AAUW analyzes gender equity issues in education and the workplace.

Educational Foundation   Since AAUW’s founding in 1881, education has been the core focus. Education supports women as they develop skills and knowledge as a pathway to professional opportunities and economic security.

 Advocacy   Through its fund, AAUW works to challenge sex discrimination in higher education and the workplace. AAUW resources range from community outreach programs to backing major legal cases.
